At Ackermans, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and still have the price tags attached.

Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging along with the printed invoice or proof of purchase.

Select your preferred return method by either visiting any Ackermans store nationwide or booking a courier collection through our online portal.
Verification Process
Our team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards and hygiene requirements before processing your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as a store voucher within 7 to 10 business days.
